These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Workflow platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Workflow, Inc.. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity of the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We process it solely to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
